Josie Clemens and Lauren Montelbano are national leaders in plant-based cooking and holistic nutrition.
Chef Josie Clemens made waves as the first vegan chef to compete on Gordon Ramsay’s Hell’s Kitchen and showcased her plant-powered prowess on the Food Network. As the mastermind behind her new concept “Zaddy’s”, she marries fine-dining flair with her down-to-earth Midwestern spirit.
A Madison native, Lauren is an organic farmer, chef, yoga instructor, and owner of The Vibrant Veg. Together, they’re excited to embark on a two-night vegan adventure!
Each night will feature a different menu. Each night is $85/pp + tax & gratuity.

Please Note: Dinners feature communal seating. Tickets are fully refundable up to 1-week before the event & are non-refundable after that (but are fully transferable). In response to guest feedback, the service charge has been removed from ticket prices (except the Chauhan/Heppe dinner). You may leave the gratuity of your choice for your server at the conclusion of your dinner.
