Lauren Montelbano is a Madison legend who has transformed plant-based dining in the city. She’s currently the owner of Vibrant Veg, a business that celebrates whole food, plant-based cooking that incorporates private chef services, catering, and home-delivered meals.
As a trained yoga instructor, Lauren has voted to practice Ahimsa (non-harm), and only uses ingredients that haven’t been sourced from animals. As a former organic farmer, she knows the importance of caring for the land and supporting the people who lovingly grow our food.
