Blurred Lines, a (Vegan) Vibrant Veg Kitchen Takeover

We’re thrilled to welcome back Lauren Montelbano, of The Vibrant Veg for an evening of vibrant, vegan cooking and discussion. This very special dinner event will blur cultural lines by breaking down borders through flavor with an overarching message of unification and delicious food.

• Course 1 (Laos and Spain) Shiitake Larb Empanada. Cabbage Salad. Chili Lime Sauce
  

• Course 2 (France and Southern USA/West Africa) Black Eyed Pea Cassoulet. Braised Collards. Cornmeal Bread Crumb
  

• Course 3 (India and Italy)

  Aloo Gobi Ravioloni. Bhuna Masala. Fried Curry Leaf
  

• Course 4 (Japan and Britain)

  Matcha Trifle. Peach and Raspberry Jams. Vanilla Custard

An optional spirit and spirit-free drink pairing, as well as an ala carte bar menu will be available

Tickets: $100 + 20% Service Charge on Food & Drinks

Your $25 reservation deposit will be subtracted from your final bill
